(Psst. I have a video on this on my YouTube channel. You can watch it here.)
As first time parents, Corey and I absorbed as much information as possible on what we could do to give our little one (and the both of us) the best pregnancy possible. These are the books and online information we found the most helpful.

Mayo Clinic's Guide To A Healthy Pregnancy
This book addresses the physical, emotional, and lifestyle changes that come with pregnancy and parenthood. It's written by doctors who are parents, so you know you're getting solid information that's also relatable. You can find it here.

The Expectant Father
This book explores the emotional, financial, and even physical changes the father-to-be may experience during his partner’s pregnancy. It's interesting to learn about pregnancy from the father's perspective, and Corey loves it! You can find it here.

What to Eat When You're Pregnant: A Week-by-Week Guide to Support Your Health and Your Baby's Development
There are a lot of maybe not-so-obvious foods that are beneficial to eat while pregnant. As outlined by Amazon, this book is, "an approachable guide to what to eat--as opposed to what to avoid--while pregnant and nursing, to support the mother's health and the baby's development during each stage of pregnancy, with 50 recipes." You can find it here.

And for the most fun one...
I found a chart on Pinterest that breaks down the baby's development and the major changes you're experiencing physically by week. It's cool to see how your little bean is growing and comforting to know that all of the (weird) things that are happening to your body are right on track. You can find the link to it here.
That's it for now! These 4 resources have been an excellent combination for us and we highly recommend them all. Do you have any recommendations for us? Do tell! xo Hailey
